Countdown to the final week?

This can often be when people can become complacent thinking that the eight week plan is nearly over.

If this is your mindset, then you have misunderstood the purpose of this fitness program, the program is to introduce small gradual changes that you can maintain for the rest of your life.

You have worked hard to achieve success. You have struggled through hard times.  You have met challenges head on and you’ve fought the hard battles. But you’re about to face your toughest challenge yet –– complacency.

Achieving success is hard; staying successful is even harder.

Some tips to prevent complacency are

  • Don’t take Success for Granted
  • Don’t Lose Focus
  • Don’t stop Learning or Listening
  • Don’t lose your passion
  • Never Underestimate the challenge

To help you on the change, you cannot do this on your own, you need to create a positive group of likeminded people, ensuring that your “buddy” is the first person to be part of the group.

The group should be committed to meetings in which you work out, have fun, and discuss shared challenges, like, eating well, getting fit, and making time for yourself
